When you speak of the word Yoga, you either link it to twisting one’s body into a pretzel-like shape or sitting cross-legged on the floor chanting incoherently in an effort to relax. Neither of these things could be more opposite than what many Stuttgart women have experienced in two short years of practicing Yoga. “Most of the women who signed up for the classes had a general idea of the potential benefits of Yoga,” Jennifer Sullivan, the Yoga instructor, said. “A few had ever actually participated on a regular basis.”
